We produce small-batch, hand-crafted wines using only the finest grapes grown from our estate vineyard and nearby areas including the Snake River District AVA. All of our estate varietals are hand managed from planting, to pruning, to harvest. We proudly grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Verdot, Primitivo, Malbec, Graciano, and our signature white, Vermentino.
Red Wines
2019 Estate Vineyard Blend
This rich blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, and Petit Verdot from our estate vineyard. It displays layers of ripe berries and chocolate with hints of pepper spice. Enjoy this wine with a charcuterie board and amaretti cookies.
2019 Estate Malbec
This is a rare style of Malbec – an early harvest in 2019 produced a wine with a light body and color, and rich flavors of red cherry and spice. Its balanced acidity makes this an exceptionally food-friendly wine. Try it with grilled steak and Idaho baked potatoes.
2019 Estate Graciano
Graciano is a unique and relatively rare Spanish grape. Our 2019 version has a translucent garnet color and flavors of red fruit infused with fresh ground black pepper. It compliments roast lamb, chorizo, and Manchego cheese.
2019 Estate Primitivo

This elegant Primitivo has fascinating depth and complexity. Flavors of red fruit and spice linger and evolve through a long finish. Pair this food-friendly wine with grilled vegetables, spaghetti bolognese, or eggplant parmesan – or go bold with Indian curry!
2019 Vincino Cabernet Sauvignon
Vicino (vi-chino): An Italian word meaning neighbor or nearby. Our Vicino series includes wines of exceptional quality produced from grapes grown in the Pacific Northwest. This easy drinking Cabernet Sauvignon displays beautiful fruit flavors highlighted by notes of Rainier cherries and black currents with hints of dried herbs on the finish. Two years of aging in French oak barrels creates exceptional balance, structure, and finesse. This rich wine pairs well with all the good things that bring you joy and happiness.

Chardonnay
This Chardonnay has beautiful aromas of fresh tropical fruit and citrus. Old-world style barrel fermentation and aging on the lees produced a rich, creamy mouthfeel. It’s perfect to pair with a warm sunny day, good friends, and light refreshments.

Our Rosé of Graciano is made from estate-grown fruit. It is dry, crisp, and refreshing and has beautiful floral notes and a clean, savory finish. The distinctive color and spicy elements of this wine come from gentle pressing and careful extraction of juice from this rare grape variety.
